We move Cleveland households from our Brisbane base. Our local rate for two removalists and a truck starts from $200 per hour. For a Redlands move, the trip out and the work at each property both belong in the estimate.
The road out to Cleveland
Old Cleveland Road provides an approach from Brisbane towards Cleveland, including the drive to Toondah Harbour. We plan the truck’s arrival around the collection address and the route, rather than promising a fixed travel time for every bayside booking. The first property’s position matters: collecting in Capalaba and collecting near the harbour are different starting points.
Our Cleveland removalists cover the rest of the Redlands too, including Ormiston, Wellington Point, Alexandra Hills, Birkdale, Victoria Point, Thornlands and Redland Bay. If your belongings are split between two homes, we build both pick-ups into the one job.
Canal homes, the town centre and newer estates
Raby Bay is a canal estate in Cleveland. For waterfront homes, we plan the carry from the street and the usable entrance; a canal frontage does not give the truck access to the waterside rooms. Outdoor furniture and pieces kept at the back of the house need carrying space and protection alongside the indoor load.
Cleveland’s established town centre includes Middle Street and Bloomfield Street. Around the town centre, parking decides where the truck can stand, so we sort that out before moving day rather than on the kerb.
Newer residential development in South East Thornlands and the Shoreline master-planned area in Redland Bay creates a different setting from central Cleveland. We assess driveways, garage access and the destination rooms individually. An estate address alone cannot tell us whether a large wardrobe can reach an upstairs bedroom assembled; we include dismantling where the furniture and access require it.
At Optimove, we carefully plan each move to prevent any unexpected problems from occurring. Sit back and relax while we carefully and efficiently pack and move your belongings to your new home.
